Volume Pricing and Custom Projects
Large collections receive automatic volume discounts. Projects exceeding 500 photographs, 20 film reels, or 50 tapes qualify for reduced per-item pricing. Contact us with collection details for a customized quote.
Some projects require special attention beyond standard services. Extremely fragile materials, unusual formats, or items requiring physical repair before scanning fall into our custom project category. These receive individual assessment and detailed quotes.

Understanding our process helps you prepare your materials and know what to expect. Every project follows the same careful workflow regardless of size.
Intake and Assessment: Upon arrival, each item is catalogued and inspected. We note condition issues, identify formats requiring special handling, and create a detailed inventory. You receive this inventory for review before work begins.
Preparation: Materials are cleaned and prepared for scanning. Photographs are carefully removed from albums if necessary (with your permission). Film is inspected for splices and damage. Tapes are tested for playback quality.
Digitization: Scanning occurs in our climate-controlled environment using equipment matched to each format. Every file undergoes quality review and basic corrections before joining your collection.
Delivery: Finished files are organized logically and delivered via your preferred method—cloud download, USB drive, or external hard drive. Originals return via insured, tracked shipping with careful packaging.
